Cleaning, Dyeing, Repairing, Alterations, & Stretching:
While we are skilled in the craft of leather repair, we cannot guarantee that cleaning, dyeing, repairing, altering, or stretching any item will return your item to its original condition.
We do our best to select and utilize the appropriate process, tools, and materials that are best suited for your pre-loved item(s). Work performed cannot be undone or returned back to pre-repaired condition.
Items of appreciated value, antiques, and other valuable items may have a diminished monetary value after customer-requested repair services are completed.
We provide good faith estimates as to when repairs will be completed and/or shipped; they are not to be considered deadlines.
The use of the words "restore," "restoring," "revamp", and/or "restoration" on this website does not mean we can bring any item back to "brand new" or it's "original factory condition." Dyed items may look different when viewed in different lighting.
Work performed cannot be undone or returned back to pre-repair condition.
There are no refunds on any repairs, cleaning, dyeing, alterations, or stretches.
After two weeks from the commission completion date, customers are notified that their items are repaired and ready for pickup, a fee of $10/week will be applied to all items, and any unclaimed items will be sent to storage.
After four weeks from the commission completion date, if the customer has/does not claim their items or complete payment, unclaimed/unpaid for items will be considered unclaimed property and D|+ Sign KelCHer will handle it accordingly (at our own discretion).

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
PICK-UP & DROP-OFF SERVICES

RUSH SERIVCE FEE
Unfortunately we don’t offer any returns or refunds. Due to the resale nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns and/or exchanges — unless the original item we sent out has been proven inauthentic. All customizations and repairs are final sale*.
We handle all repairs with care and ensure a quality job is done each and every time. In addition, we guarantee our repairs for one year. Since normal wear and tear is expected to occur with use, our guarantee covers repair defects only. While we don't anticipate any issues with your repair(s) when you receive it back from D|+ Sign KelCHer, we kindly ask that you contact us with any concerns within 15 days of receiving your repaired item.
D|+ Sign KelCHer is not liable for any items damaged, lost, and/or stolen once the shipping carrier has picked up the package. If your item(s) are damaged, lost, and/or stolen please contact the shipping carrier for a claim.
D|+ Sign KelCHer and/or affiliates are not responsible for the incorrect delivery location by the shipping carrier.
The customer is responsible for entering his/her return shipping address. D|+ Sign KelCHer is not responsible for errors made when the form is completed by the customer.
It is the customer's responsibility to book/communicate all repairs needed. Repairs not booked and/or stated (orally or in writing) will not be quoted or worked on.
Delivery Service fee: $20 to pick-up and/or drop-off
If services are declined after pick-up, there will be a $20 delivery service fee
The customer is responsible for providing the correct address. D|+ Sign KelCHer and/or affiliates are not responsible for errors made by the customer - including but not limited to location.
All booking cancellations must be cancelled 48 hours before scheduled service or before the item has undergone any restorations/cleanings. If cancellation is after the required notice time, the deposit becomes non-refundable and if we have begun working a full payment is required.
Please Note: ALL Strassing cancellations are non-refundable.
An additional 25% of your total (only for items that are needed within one to two days, if applicable, and by a certain date for custom strassed items) -- excluding strassing services, which are subjected to a separate rush fee.
