WHAT IS YOUR AUTHENTICATION PROCESS?
Here at D|+ Sign KelCHer, all items are inspected in house, using our 10-Step authentication process. As well as a third-party AI technology company (i.e., “Entrupy”) to determine the authenticity of any and every item we have. We make it our duty to make shopping stress free, which is why at D|+ Sign KelCHer, we guarantee that for every item purchased through us, comes with a lifetime guarantee of authenticity.
DOES D|+ SIGN KELCHER OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Unfortunately we don’t. Due to the resale nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns and/or exchanges — unless the original item we sent out has been proven inauthentic. All repairs are final sale.
WHAT DO GOODS PURCHASED FROM D|+ SIGN KELCHER COME WITH?
All accessories included and not included are listed in the description under each pre-loved item.
DO YOU REPAIR SUEDE, PATENT LEATHER, & EXOTIC SKINS?
Yes we can. Certain limitations may apply, so please feel free to contact us with photos of your items.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING & HANDLING TAKE?
All items are shipped through UPS ground (with a signature required). Handling time, after an order placement is within 1-2 business days — starting from the time of purchase. Delivery times can take anywhere from 2-5 business days, once the item has been shipped.
Side Note: Please be mindful of slower shipping & handling times due to COVID-19 staffing restrictions.
WHEN IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
A signature is always required when an item is purchased. UPS will need to obtain a signature from an adult 21 or older. You may contact UPS to create a ‘My Choice’ account to personalize some of your shipping preferences, including redirecting shipments to a UPS customer center.
[FOR SELLERS] WHAT IS THE STANDARD CONSIGNMENT RATE AT D|+ SIGN KELCHER?
Our rates are based on the pricing point of each item:
a) Items priced < $1,000* = 60% profit for consignor
b) Items priced $1,000 ≤ $4,999* = 70% consigner | 30% consignment rate
c) Items priced ≥ $5,000* = 80% consignor | 20% consignment rate

DOES D|+ SIGN KELCHER OFFER BUYOUTS?
At D|+ Sign KelCHer, we offer buyouts on select classic and in demand handbags and minis.
HOW LONG WILL REPAIRS TAKE?
The turnaround for a repair can vary depending on what repairs are being done and if other materials will be needed purchased before hand. Most repairs will be done within 3-10 business days once repair quotes are approved and/or the items is received after approval. Keep in mind this is a good faith estimate and not a deadline.

All items are FINAL SALE.
WHAT IF A RHINESTONE COMES OFF?
We get it, life throws a few tumbles, that's why we include a bag of extra crystals with all D|+ Sign KelCHer stressed items/custom orders. If a rhinestone comes off, we suggest using a glue such as: "gemtac" to repair it or send it in for a little TLC.
D|+ SIGN KELCHER's GAURANTEE/WARRANTY:
D|+ Sign KelCHer offers a 1 year guarantee. If you choose to send in your repairs, instead of a D.I.Y. project, we get it. Just e-mail us and we will repair your item at no extra charge (excluding shipping costs both ways), provided you send us the extra rhinestones.
Shipping costs (both ways) are to be covered by sender.
WHAT KIND OF CRYSTALS ARE USED?
We use 100% authentic Preciosa MAXIMA rhinestones or Swarovski rhinestones (per request) on all custom orders.
TURN AROUND TIME?
it depends on the project, custom and personalized orders can take anywhere from a few days to 3 months.
